Job Description

Seeking a BIM Designers to join the Water Resources Team to enhance infrastructure projects. This role involves creating, managing, and owning Revit project BIM models, developing quality content, and performing multi-discipline milestone coordination using BIM techniques and clash detection tools. The role also includes generating custom parametric Revit families and BIM templates as needed, maintaining BIM and CAD proficiency, and applying technology differentiators like 3D modeling in marketing and proposal development. This position offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely and will support various water/wastewater projects around SE Michigan and other regions.

Must Haves

• Revit

• 5 year of experience as a BIM Designer

• Process Piping

• Water treatment technologies

• Water resources management

Work Environment

Remote work option available, especially for candidates with strong experience out of state. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility, but expect to work 45-50 hours per week due to high project demands.
