Here's how we work:

IBI Group's Raleigh NC office is searching for a BIM Coordinator Specialist to join its growing team. The coordinator will have no direct reports and will be facilitating the BIM production team liaising with various discipline groups that focusing on MEP, but also supporting Architectural, and Civil groups. In addition, the coordinator will be part of a global network of office-focused BIM leaders under a Regional Design Technology Leader, governed by IBI's Global Director for Design Technology. This coordinator would be part of an overall mission focusing on cross-sector synergy (between Intelligence, Buildings and Infrastructure) empowering global work-sharing, standardization and optimization, as well as shepherding cross-sector collaboration and data harnessing throughout a project's lifecycle.

Most of the things you'll work on:

  • Provide in house AutoCAD / Revit technical support for MEP engineering staff

  • Maintain a high level of standards for all projects throughout the company

  • Provide training for all staff

  • Gather industry best practices in Revit operations

  • Create, distribute and maintain procedures to improve consistency between offices

  • Engage with project team to proactively leverage technology such as Revit and BIM to identify and resolve problems

  • Provide guidance to Senior Engineers to guide Revit operations to improve consistency, coordination and efficiency

  • Maintain relationships with clients regarding 3D coordination of documents/models.

  • Setup architectural backgrounds for MEP design use

  • Organize and maintain content libraries

  • Act in a leadership capacity to assist the BIM Team for both Design and Production Maintain constant communication with the Canada East and USA East Regional BIM Leads to ensure bi-direction communication between staff and the region.

Essential Job Duties Provide professional individual and group counseling services and outreach to NC State students as well as consultation to University administrators, staff and others who have concerns about the mental/emotional status of NC State students. This position will have an emphasis on mental health awareness and interpersonal violence coordination. Duties and Responsibilities: One full-time, 12 month position with responsibility to assist in all areas of Counseling Center functioning including: * Individual and group counseling of NC State students/clients (personal, academic, and vocational assessment and counseling); psychological assessment; developmental and crisis counseling; couples counseling; evaluation of students for withdrawal from the University * Development and participation in Outreach programming * Consultation with faculty staff, parents, and others * Providing evaluations and recommendations regarding students with academic and conduct problems * Some participation in after hours "on call" and possible evening office hours * General administrative responsibilities * Coordination of the center's digital outreach program Coordinating Outreach Responsibilities: * Lead weekly Outreach Committee meeting to develop and monitor on-going outreach projects and campus community requests and initiatives. * Provide substantial digital and direct outreach service to campus community. * Collaborate with Associate Director for Outreach and Wellness to field all outreach requests and coordinate the response. * Assist in supervision of trainees and new staff for outreach including orientation and on-going training for masters level and advanced trainees. * Co-advise the Mental Health Ambassadors, student mental health peer educators, and coordinate outreach for this group. * Serve as primary contact with Communications Specialist for the Counseling Center. * Consult with Assistant Director for Outreach and Wellness as needed and assist in completion of annual outreach report for Counseling Center. * Assist in the advertising and marketing for Outreach Program in conjunction with the communication specialist. Other Work/Responsibilities * This position will involve participation in supervision/training of graduate students and program evaluation. * Coordinators will be expected to provide supervision to an advanced trainee. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Experience * Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work or closely-related field. * Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience. Departmental Required Skills * Established commitment to multicultural competencies. * Candidate must possess strong clinical skills, and experience in handling crisis situations. * Strong interpersonal skills required.
