Billing Technician - Medicare and Insurance

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: To perform all processes necessary to prepare the monthly bills for all Medicare Part A and B claims as well as all Commercial Insurance claims as well.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare monthly bills for all Medicare Part A and B as well as all Commercial Insurance patients

• Review claims before submission to ensure they are free of errors

• Follow up on outstanding A/R daily

• Knowledge of Long Term Care Medicare and Insurance Billing is essential for this position

• Medicare DDE Access/expierience is also perferred

High School Diploma

Two Years of Experience Preferred
