Billing Supervisor

Position Summary:

In the position of Billing Supervisor, you will provide close supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Billbacks Department. Essential accounting functions include monitoring of entries posted to accounts receivable (AR) by Billbacks Lead (daily, monthly, quarterly), general ledger (GL) schedule review & preparation, and review of Billback Aging to identify collections issues with AR Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• General supervision of daily activities by Billbacks Leads and Reps (prioritizing work, setting deadlines, ensuring individual & department goals are met, developing & mentoring employees).
• Review current Billback Power BI aging reports to ensure timely payments by Moster Energy Company (MEC).
• Provide customer service to Bottlers, Account Managers, and other internal teams.
• Communicate & problem solve cross-functionally with POS, Promotional Claims, AR, etc.
• Provide first level of support to personnel issue resolution within team.
• Ensure processes are current and up to date.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting or related field
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related role
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in leadership role
• Computer Skills Desired: Advanced Excel, Outlook & Word skills. SAP experience
• Preferred Certifications: N/A
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A

Base Pay: 74,000K
