Billing Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Billing Supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing 4 team members on a daily basis and ensuring that weekly goals are being met by means of accountability. In addition the candidate will ensure that all billings are accurate and processed in a timely fashion. Our ideal candidate will poses at least 1-2 years management experiences, have a positive and hardworking attitude and ability to build working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervising billings of multiple divisions
• Supervising intercompany accounts
• Ensuring attention to detail at all times
• Management of a team of 4 employees
• Holding team members accountable to weekly goals
• Providing supervisors with reports on a weekly basis
• Managing customer relationships
• Communicating with customers and team members
• Training and delegating of various tasks to team members

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years management experience
• Ability to manage and hold team members accountable
• Some experience in accounting
• Ability to be aggressive while building relationships
• Positive attitude and ability to get along with varying personalities
• Ability to train and coach team members in order to be successful
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
