CSA is looking for a Billing Supervisor who is passionate about our core mission to customize and deliver the best and highest quality solutions to our customers both internally and externally. CSA is looking for a Billing Supervisor to be responsible for providing administrative and account oversight for all billing-related matters for the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The Billing Supervisor will be accountable for resolving matters connected with project management, client requests and project and implementing methods related to the billing process.
Supervise billing and receivables staff in order to promote efficiency within the finance department.
Reconcile billings with the accounts received ledger
Monitor the billing metrics database
Manage and ensure compliance with control objectives
Develop and prepare reports and metrics
Utilize metrics to improve performance
Support internal and external auditors
Update billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
Communicate with management on day-to-day issues
Lead team to improve office collections, communicate issues, and implement ideas
Perform daily activities of billing and auditing of assigned claims
Ensure compliance with company policies, and state and federal regulatory bodies
DISCUSSION OF QUALIFICATIONS
CSA is seeking a team-oriented individual with a proven working experience as an Billing Supervisor or relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
3 or more years of billing/receivables experience with management experience
One or more years of leadership experience required
Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
Must have large ERP AP system experience, Great Plains experience preferred
Salesforce and/or Servicemax experience a plus
Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, clients, and upper management
Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on accounting principles
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
