Role Overview:

The Billing Specialist will work as part of a highly efficient team updating customer forms, submitting invoices in Third Party platforms, and adding Change orders and other information in JDE.

Job Summary/Description:

Billing Specialist - Otis N.A. Billing Department

• Review multiple queues and complete requests in a timely manner

• Review and complete lien waivers and customer forms accurately

• Provide excellent customer service to field offices related to Customer billing and pay applications

• Work location: Florida (remote)

• Work Hours: regular 40 hour a week schedule required, must cover our core business hours of 9AM to 4PM.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PDF Nuance, SharePoint, JDE

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities

• Accurate and detail oriented

• Notary public in state of Florida or ability to become one.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills: verbal, email and listening

• Must enjoy working in a team environment and possess a solid work ethic

• Experience with JD Edwards, Textura, GC Pay, Procore, SharePoint, MS Office preferred

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

Accounting/Business/Finance/Math BS/BA/AA degree preferred but not required
