Billing Specialist

Description:

G2 Secure Staff is looking for a highly organized individual to join the billing department at the G2 Corporate office in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and will be responsible for all monthly customer invoicing and coordinating with field managers to gather data needed to provide accurate and timely billing of our company's services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred or commensurate work experience

• 3+ years of customer account billing experience required

• Type minimally 35 wpm

• Initiative, ability to work with little supervision

• The candidate must also have a strong customer service focus, as they will regularly interact with internal clients and vendors.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all organizational levels.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including conflicting and recurring deadlines.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
