ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Billing Manager must be able to perform all essential functions of the position consistently and successfully.
1.Supervise and direct the workflow of Billing Specialists.
2.Manage, implement, and maintain the billing function within billing system.
3.Assist, back up, and supervise the clinic billing specialist with the office management of the behavioral health clinic.
4.Manage the Accounts Receivable Activities and collections
5.Perform general accounting tasks
6.Maintain confidentiality of all billing information
7.Maintain Computer System integrity through proper application procedures
8.Ensure that staff comply with agency rules and regulations
9.Adheres to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism, and Respect
Adheres to the Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality, and Paid Time Off
Perform any other Duties as requested by your supervisor

Visual acuity: ability to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen, extensive reading, preparing and analyzing data and figures
Hearing: ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make the discriminations in sound
Talking: ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The duties occur in a general office setting. However, because of the main office location, they may be subject to children with behavior disorders. Therefore, they may be at slight risk of unintentional acts of aggression.
