Monitors Accounts Receivable in JEVS EHR (Carelogic).
Analyzes and researches ineligible billing issues shown on spreadsheet, providing a resolution, working to reach the resolution.
Maintains an insurance status list based on waiver eligibility, collects and submits documents to CAO when required for individuals to redetermine eligibility, and follows up to assure eligibility status is current. Run eligibility checks as necessary.
Coordinates with appropriate level staff to resolve billing related issues.
Outreach, coordination, and monitoring input of data across 30 or more locations for CLHS. Assure Carelogic is set up properly for each individual to capture utilization.
Assists with training of new staff in Carelogic data entry.
Provides operational support in Carelogic as needed.
Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting with at least 1 year experience related to billing and accounts receivable.
Must have working knowledge of basic business/financial math and accounting.
