JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the test account creation process in the various billing systems using working knowledge of house values and order entry processes that vary by market. Position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of data entry into the billing system based on established test account management policies and data governance in all Billers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the implementation of billing software standards and regional reports.

Understand the different house creation processes that vary by market.

Understanding of order entry processes.

Maintain established SLA's for both residential and commercial house build requests.

Apply proper house values during the house creation process.

Ability to interpret engineering design maps used to accurately determine serviceability.

Perform daily, weekly and monthly house maintenance QC checks, and other data governance tasks

Facilitate change request tickets from end users that require specific house values be updated on existing accounts.

Support Sales and other organizations for all of their house creation/upkeep needs.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Premise related code tables and house values.

  • Knowledge of CSG and ICOMS billing systems.

  • Address creation process in each billing system by market.

  • Ability to interpret engineering design maps.

  • Knowledge of serviceability applications.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented and produce work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and establish and adhere to timelines.

  • Must possess excellent proofreading skills.

  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.).

Education

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No Supervisory responsibilities with this position.

  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned by leadership.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of Knowledge of cable billing, cable operations, cable accounting procedures

  • 2+ years of Knowledge of cable television products and services

  • Cable industry software experience

  • Project management experience

Office Environment - The physical demands for this position are typical to an office environment and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Finally, the employee generally works in an indoor office environment; overtime may be required. Must be available to work outside of normal work hours as needed.
