Account balance transfers) Patients making payments with credit cards or electronic checks Have to review accounts to check balances 4500-5000 calls monthly (5-7 people answering the phone on any given day) Hardships: program to assist patients if they meet qualifications (have to meet income specifications) Help patient with payment plans and refunds Troubleshooting the E-Bill platform w/ patients Requirements: STRONG attention to detail Customer Service Exp. (Preferably Call Center exp.) Microsoft Office Experience Exceptional attendance history Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm OR 7:00am-3:30pm Duration: 800 Hours (approx. 20 weeks) contract to hire.
