Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic team player to join our Customer Success team. If you enjoy billing reconciliation, problem-solving, and learning new systems, this job is for you. Experience in Programmatic advertising (like Display, Video, OTT, Social & Search) is helpful but not necessary. This will be 20 - 30 hours per week through mid-November.

You would join the Optimum Media Activation Team, inclusive of Account Management, Media Planning, Media Buying, Accounts Receivable as well as Product Development. The guiding principles driving the team are:

Responsibilities

• Generate reports from various data sources across Buying and Customer Success team platforms.

• Verify campaign delivery through review of campaign reporting.

• Validate campaign opportunity details to ensure reflected revenue is consistent across platforms.

• Collaborate with team members to interpret any revenue discrepancies.

• Partner across Customer Success and Billing & Collections teams for monthly reconciliation.

• This is a hybrid role based in Long Island City, with the option to work from home multiple days a week.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Billing and/or Advertising Revenue Reporting

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data

• Attention to detail and strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Excellent verbal, written skills

• Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets knowledge

• Knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $20.00 / hour. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
