The Opportunity

With a high level of accuracy, as a Billing Clerk you will conduct, oversee, organize, and complete all billing and data entry for customers. A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and use tact while handling internal and external customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Organization with continual monitoring of the SAP VF04 transaction to review released orders to invoice

• Monitor incoming proformas

• Review pro-forma invoices with CER, Specialists, or job owner

• Merge orders and other customer-specific requirements

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or the equivalent is required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Environmental discipline preferred

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proactive problem-resolution skills

• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment

• SAP experience is a plus
