Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and tracking invoices, providing customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and sending out invoices to clients

• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments

• Verifying and reconciling billing information

• Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies

• Maintaining accurate records of billing activities and communicating with internal teams as needed

• Collaborating with team members to improve billing processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related field preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
