For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: Processing Account Payables Processing monthly Expense Reports/AMEX Prepare simple draft and final invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries, including, but not limited to: State, County and Local Agencies Private Companies and Individuals Qualifications:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in processing Account Payables and expense reports Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software Knowledge of the Deltek operating system is preferred (Vision or VantagePoint). Access experience is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Pando Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members Summary GPI offers excellent benefits, including a 401(k) plan, ESOP, medical/dental/vision plans, paid time off, and more.
