An opening for an organized, detail-oriented Billing Clerk is now available through Accountemps. This opening is near Boca Raton and is a long term temporary, Part Time Billing Clerk opportunity. In this Billing Clerk position, the selected candidate will be reviewing bills and entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment to support the continued success of the organization for this Billing Clerk role. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

  • Form financial controls and procedures

VIEW JOBS 11/3/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-01T00:00 What you will do: The individual who fill this position is responsible for leading the Level 2 (L2) Customer Support team for the Retail Inventory Intelligence TruVUE software solutions. This includes team development, team performance metrics, incident triage, incident resolution, SLA achievement and improvement of customer experience, all based on ITIL best practices. This position will also manage the outsourcing contract for delivery of the L2 technical support services, to ensure adherence to key deliverables and SLAs of that contract. This role is global, and will involve establishing additional support centers in different geographic locations, to meet follow-the-sun and regional support requirements. This leader will also be responsible for working with our sales teams to develop statements of work (SOW), structuring the L2 / L3 engagement process, standard operating procedures to ensure optimal work flow between all support teams. The leader will ensure that a closed loop process is followed for providing customers with a timely resolution to incidents and status updates on their service requests within the committed SLAs. This leader will also focus on developing continuous improvement plans to drive efficiency. This role has direct impact to our customer's businesses as the TrueVUE software is mission critical to their daily operations. This software is used primarily as an inventory management tool so client can align their inventories to meet customer demand. This has a direct impact on customer sales and also loss prevention activities. The ability to quickly resolve any technical incidents and maintain the solution in an operational state is the mission. Extensive experience with software support, service desk support and ITIL service management and support processes. Strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to manage and lead a high performing team. In depth knowledge of remote management technology (software configuration & management, and device monitoring). How you will do it: * Complete strategy assessment and build a future state plan to improve the overall benefits to the global L2 Customer Support team. * This plan will include a road map with dates on projects to enhance our customer experience. * Provide strategic and operational leadership of Level 2 technical support teams which involves trouble shooting and diagnostics for Retail Inventory Intelligence TruVUE software solution. * Facilitate a team of internal professionals and external service providers that are responsible to deliver consistent technical support to our customers. * Manage day to day operations of the technical domain experts to triage complex ongoing systemic issues. * Engage problem management processes to identify and proactively remediate incident trends. Review and monitor training material and escalated cases to identify ongoing training needs for staff. * Assess performance, develop improvement plans, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement using KPIs, CSAT to measure customer satisfaction. * Implement best practices, identify opportunities for inter-departmental improvement initiatives and maintain and improve Service Policy. * Manage the outsourcing contract to ensure SLAs are met, and to negotiating future changes as required What we look for: Required * The candidate must be comfortable with and demonstrate competency in performing data analysis; ensure integration of cross-business and process activities promoting best in class strategies; comfortable troubleshooting issues under pressure of deadlines, and driving change. * Must have the ability to manage, motivate and engage employees.
