Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) provides uniforms and related products to more than 400,000 customers nationwide, in virtually every industry. From designing and manufacturing to laundering and delivering, AUS works with local and national clients to create and maintain a total uniform solution that promotes teamwork and establishes a professional identity. AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide and has an immediate opportunity for a Billing Associate.

The responsibilities of the Billing Associate are to perform specified clerical duties in support of the day-to-day Billing Operations for specific Aramark Market Center locations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform Daily Route Audit function of balancing routes

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with Market Center Management team regarding additional information requirements or process non-compliance

  • Generate Billing (GPB) on a daily basis

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required

  • One or more years of related experience preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Process oriented, however at times, flexible.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project).

  • High level of organizational skills, integrity and accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong basic math skills.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
