Accountemps has ongoing opportunities for sharp-minded Billing Assistants in the Orange County Billing Assistants generally are responsible for processing invoices and getting approval for payments from appropriate authorizers. The ideal Billing Assistant candidate will have 3+ years of experience. Associates or Bachelors strongly preferred (in some kind of business related field). Other requirements include: Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Prior experience in an A/P role preferred Spreadsheet and database capabilities Strong familiarity with Accounting Software Knowledge of billing Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
