Responsible for the completeness and maintenance of general ledgers, and for the control of certain accounts and records in such areas as cash; debt; prepaid expenses; fixed assets; accruals; G&A expenses; payroll-related liabilities; employee benefit plans; common stock; other income and expense; cash disbursements; and tax payments.
Responsibilities include a variety of moderately complex clerical duties in the Accounting area
This individual will generate client invoices, monitor accounts receivable and WIP
This position will work under general supervision

Ability to trace and investigate transactions to resolve questionable data
A minimum of 4 years Accounting experience required
A High School Diploma required
Work well under moderate supervision required
Profound Knowledge of Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Access & Outlook
TRACK Experience a Plus
SAP Experience a Plus
Prior experience in billable engineering or architectural services firm preferred
