Your Impact:

Pearce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Administrator- EV/Solar that can join our team in our HQ Paso Robles office. As a Billing Administrator- EV/Solar you will be working closely within a team ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Working within a team, this role's primary responsibilities include prepping appropriate deliverable documents and submitting invoices to customers for payment.

• Requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accurate processing of paperwork for billing.

• Works with other teams as needed to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

• We are looking for candidates who bring a great attitude and work ethic to the team, especially those who are interested in exploring new challenges and career growth.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

• 1-3+ years of Billing / Administration experience (preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to work efficiently in Excel: formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, data entry, etc.

• General technical proficiency

• Keyboard and 10-key proficiency

• Problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail.

• Solid grammar and communication skills

Physical/Work Environment

In Person at our office in Mesa.

Compensation: $18.00- $22.00 per hour
