Reports toBill of Material Manager/Business Process Manager
Under the supervision of the Manager of Continuous Improvement, the team member will work with teams to prepare and conduct process improvement events. The incumbent will develop and prepare materials for use in the events, coordinate with department management and participants, lead instruction on the use of process improvement tools, facilitate team decisions, manage team work, resolve team conflict, assist in the development of implementation action plans, and conduct follow-up.

Monitor and maintain all production order processes/schedules in Navision.Manage/Maintain BOM processes, Part coding in support of Plant operations to improve efficiency.Manage implementation of System resources in support of Lean production operations.Manage all Cycle counting/Replenishment Card processes.Be able to support all Purchasing efforts.Basic IT hardware support knowledge.Train new personnel in above processes when necessary
Create analysis reports to support GM requests and any other duties the GM may assign.
This position has no supervisory experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salary position, and hours of work and days are decided by production, reports to manager and General Manager.
There is minimal to no travel with this position.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, but need to have the ability to read and type.Computer proficiency in computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates Degree1 year experience in data entry or more
