Your responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing Bill Of Material (BOM) changes utilizing SAP in a timely fashion to achieve customer milestones throughout the life of program

  • Daily close communication with colleagues from Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing (in Mexico)

  • Maintain internal part number database

  • Participate in internal and external Open Issues Lists meetings as required

  • Participate in Program Kick-Off Meetings and regular Program Meetings

  • Support internal engineering, purchasing and production planning teams for successful launch of new model programs as well as running changes

  • Supports RFQ's and Technical Reviews including prototype & production timing for quotes as required

  • Supports quality issues/concerns during launch, cost save ideas/initiatives as required and TS 16949 requirements

Your profile Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • SAP experience mandatory

  • Technical print reading skills preferred, but not required

  • Working Knowledge of OEM customer portals, APQP and PPAP processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project and Excel

  • Professional communication skills in verbal and written

  • Strong customer focus and appropriate sense of urgency

  • Flexible in moderating or attending meetings at very early or late hours. Necessity due to the global approach of our company

  • Spanish language skills are a plus
