Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, ranging from entry level to experienced

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates

  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences

  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written

  • Ability to execute a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top sales talent

  • Must have experience working in a high paced environment

  • Experience attending recruitment events (career fairs, veteran events, transitioning events, Department of Labor events, networking events, etc.)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Suite

  • Experience in the Solar industry is a plus, but not necessary

  • Ability to generate "outside the box" recruitment approaches, while maintaining the strong Trinity Solar brand

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of administrative coordination experience in a recruiting or human resources setting.

  • Strong communication skills including telephone, video calls, text messaging and email.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database experience is preferred.

  • Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
