Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, ranging from entry level to experienced
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of recruitment experience
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written
Ability to execute a variety of recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top sales talent
Must have experience working in a high paced environment
Experience attending recruitment events (career fairs, veteran events, transitioning events, Department of Labor events, networking events, etc.)
Solid knowledge of MS Suite
Experience in the Solar industry is a plus, but not necessary
Ability to generate "outside the box" recruitment approaches, while maintaining the strong Trinity Solar brand
Sales recruiters with recruitment agency experience highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of administrative coordination experience in a recruiting or human resources setting.
Strong communication skills including telephone, video calls, text messaging and email.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database experience is preferred.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
