Bilingual Subrogation Representative

We hire our bilingual collectors with a starting base pay of $19.20 an hour PLUS uncapped commissions! This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior.

Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our Great Place to Work Certified office in Bloomington, Illinois! We have also just recently been ranked at 40 for Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance. As a full-time collector your role is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients.

Qualifications:

• Fluent with reading, writing, and speaking Spanish

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Computer proficiency

• Customer service or sales experience is appreciated

• Multi-task across technical platforms within a fast-paced call center environment

• Team player with a positive attitude
