Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists.

It's what makes us stand out from the rest GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 2 years of experience is preferred but not required Opportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers Quarterly Bonus and Commission Pay Various Compensation and Schedule Options MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP Fluent in Spanish is a plus Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
