Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (Slp)

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Pecos, Texas. This part-time virtual position involves assessing and treating speech and language disorders in children and adolescents within a school setting.

Job Details:

• Part-time virtual position: Minimum 20 hours per week

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (Required)

• Caseload: 15+ students

• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.

• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, including teletherapy experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
