Bilingual (Spanish/English) Telemarketer/Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Drive Sales Success:

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, leveraging your bilingual (Spanish/English) skills to connect with a diverse customer base. Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and present tailored solutions. Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates, guiding customers through the selection process.

Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using our CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred). Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Experience in telemarketing or sales (flooring/home improvement experience a plus). Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a plus). Competitive Compensation:
