Summary

This role is focused on producing quality graphic design material for advertisement purposes for Titan Factory Direct, a Modular and Manufactured home retailer for Champion Home Builders. You will be responsible for communicating both our vision and products to the rest of the world using layout design, photography, and vector graphics. You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce informational and sales collateral using a cohesive design language that seamlessly compliments both our physical and digital marketing presence. As a key part of this role, you must be a proficient Spanish speaker and be prepared to bring fresh, innovative Spanish marketing ideas to the table to help increase our Spanish-speaking leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ● Produce an extensive range of digital and print materials for Titan Factory Direct. These will include the creation and maintenance of product brochures, flyers, posters, banners, billboards, advertisements, presentations, yard signs, and point-of-sale materials.

• ● Develop and present new Spanish marketing ideas aimed at increasing Spanish-speaking leads and engagement.

• ● Creatively implement and maintain design standards to produce consistent results.

• ● Ensure that high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule. Work simultaneously

on multiple projects to meet deadlines.

• ● Collaborate with the marketing director, marketing department team, higher-ups, eleads

department, Titan retail store locations, and others.

• ● Modify and enhance vector assets including graphics and product diagrams.

• ● Assist the team with other tasks as needed that may include but aren't limited to: social

media management, website management, photography, photo & video editing, email

marketing, etc.

• ● Utilize Cloud storage to manage projects and organize assets

Competencies

• ● Must be fluent in both Spanish and English

• ● Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and

Illustrator.

• ● Understanding of digital photography principles and ability to perform seamless

retouches, enhancements, and edits related to integrating photography into layouts.

• ● Ability to utilize collaborative tools, including Microsoft programs such as Outlook,

Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

• ● Strong file management skills.

• ● Ability to communicate clearly and establish strong working relationships. You will be expected to actively participate with the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects to drive innovative marketing strategies.

• ● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• ● Confident understanding of design principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• ● Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related disciplines or demonstrated equivalent work experience required.

• ● Standout portfolio demonstrating creativity and a breadth of relevant design skills (with emphasis on design layout/typography, photography/retouch, and work with vector graphics) required.

• ● At least 1 year of work-related experience is preferred.

• ● Strong English & Spanish Speaker required.

Compensation

• ● $60,000 + based on experience
