Role: Bilingual Senior Copywriter
T-Mobile is looking for a motivated, talented English- and Spanish-speaking Senior Copywriter, with a passion for digital creative and social media, to help bring the Un-carrier brand voice to life in our Spanish market. They will be responsible for writing, editing, and enhancing copy across a variety of digital platforms, such as T-Mobiles Spanish social channels, T-Mobile-owned websites, partner websites, e-mails, and the T-Mobile App. Projects will range from merchandising efforts to marketing campaigns, social posts, and digital micro-experiences. Senior Copywriters work directly with our our visual designers, plus marketing/merchandising teams, project managers, and other digital team members.
At least six years of social media, online marketing, digital agency, or e-commerce copywriting experience is required. Experience writing about the wireless industry or mobile products is desired.
Write and edit social, marketing, and merchandising copy on a variety of projects for our Spanish market, with varying deliverables and deadlines.
Collaborate with designers and DCS team leads to develop competitive and creative digital solutions.
Present work to DCS team leads, business partners, and stakeholders.
Communicate best practices for copy, and reasoning behind creative decisions, to key stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation and evolution of T-Mobile copywriting resources, tools, and brand guidelines.
Act as a SME and everyday resource to associate members of the copy team as needed.
6+ years of digital marketing or merchandising copywriting experience in an agency environment, with proven success in social media copywriting.
1+ years of experience with online A/B testing.
A working understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and impactful writing using targeted keywords.
Expert in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent at prioritizing multiple assignments.
Must thrive under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and timeliness.
Experience writing about consumer electronics and/or wireless products.
An understanding of the capabilities and constraints of web technologies (HTML, style sheets, etc.)
Experience with AEM.
