POSITION: Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator

FULLTIME: Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Santa Clarita, CA (M-TH in office / Friday Remote)

SCHEDULE: 8:30am-5pm 

PAY RANGE: $18-20/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

• Experience in Personal Injury (PI) cases
• Bilingual
• Prior Medical scheduling experience
• Prior Medical Terminology experience
• Ability to Multitask
• Fast Learner
• Google docs

Duties:

• Scheduling new patients and existing patients for: 1st time consults, surgeries, procedures, therapy and Imaging

• communicating via email and phone with Attorneys, patients and clinics
• providing clinics patient demographics and availability
• contacting the patient via phone to confirm the tentative appointment that was provided by the facility.
• providing appointment details to the representing attorney or case manager
• generate and submit productivity reports to supervisor every 2 weeks.
• answering a minimum of 5 phone calls per day.
• attend zoom meetings upon request

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
