Automation Personnel Services is seeking professional and motivated Bilingual Recruiters for our Dalton, GA branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization and help to contribute to the steadfast growth and great success.

Job Description
Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees
Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
Listening to and applying constructive criticism
Working as a part of the team and independently
Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 40-50 wpm), and computer skills. Applicant must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Requirements:
1 year staffing experience
Must be bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
Must have reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance
Must be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends)
NOTE: Only those who possess these qualifications will be considered for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Work to meet your team's sales goals by selling loan products to consumers, identifying local marketing strategies, leveraging business to business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, participating in community events, and more. * Develop customer relationships and provide unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition. * Coach and develop team members and assist with employee management and training in order to maximize team's potential. * Set performance standards and expectations while holding team accountable for upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
