Pharmacy First is looking for a talented bilingual professional to assist the Reconciliation team by comparing billing claims against actual receipts, research discrepancies, and enact resolutions toward securement of all monies due to our clientele.

The Bilingual Reconciliation Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for incoming calls and e-mails from retail pharmacies and providers related to reconciliation providing problem resolution when necessary in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracks daily electronic remittance from payers and validates same against billed claims
  • Contacts payers and pharmacies to discuss discrepancies and resolutions
  • Documents as necessary all client contact discussions using the intervention process flow
  • Works regularly on open interventions, researching and resolving as quickly and professionally as possible
  • Identifies issues that require additional investigation, evaluation and/or escalation to management; ensure appropriate follow-up with payers and pharmacies

  • Ability to analyze billing statements and compares receipts to statements
  • Effective analytical, oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Proven success in customer service and client support
  • Experience with managing projects and tasks in an efficient manner
  • Systems and software proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
  • One year previous customer service experience required

This position is responsible for reviewing applicants and existing accounts for validity and creditworthiness for both domestic and foreign organizations. The duties will require use of various commercial data sources, analyzing financial statements and other information, and obtaining security documents as appropriate. The job responsibilities for the Credit Analyst - Level II are as follows: * Analyze applications for completeness, adequacy of information, and financial strength. * Recommend Credit Lines to match creditworthiness of accounts. * Correspond (verbal and written) with applicants, client representatives and account holders on reasons for declines, additional information and items concerning requests. * Review applications and accounts for indications of fraud. Verifications are conducted via research, phone calls to applicant/account holder and references/contacts of applicant and account holder(s) * Obtain appropriate security and/or other documentation to secure accounts (e.g. Cash Deposits, UCC and other liens, bank letters of credit, guarantees, etc.). * Provide recommendations and obtain appropriate approval for various levels of credit lines assigned for accounts. * Record new credit line approvals in all systems and files as required. * Conduct annual reviews of accounts to ensure continued creditworthiness for existing account credit lines. * Review existing accounts and provide recommendations for increases to credit lines. * Review accounts listed on 80% report to determine whether an increase in credit line is warranted. * Prepare and investigate Service Level Agreements (SLA) reports. * Correspond with applicants/account holders on questions received via phone, fax, email and other communication methods. * Prepare & edit 'desk guides' to document current procedures. * Conduct special projects (e.g. assess creditworthiness of specific industries, quality of accounts approved, automated processes and products, etc.). * Review, assess impact, and take corrective action on informational alerts received from various reporting agencies. * Assist is coaching, mentoring, collaborating and training Level 1 to assist in the development and personal growth in their career paths. * Perform other duties as assigned. We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate: * 5+ years of business-to-business underwriting, business credit or analyst experience required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred * College degree required with emphasis in Business Administration or Accounting * Experience in financial statement analysis is required * Experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus * Proven ability to be an independent worker * Strong analytical skills in order to interpret credit documentation and guidelines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly effective interpersonal skills and conflict resolution/problem solving skills are a must to interact with internal staff and customers * Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills along with strong attention to details * Highly intuitive nature in order to detect potential concerns while assessing credit worthiness. * Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
