Job Description

The receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

• Answer and transfer incoming calls

• Data entry

• Process invoices

• Receive, direct and relay fax messages

• Provide additional clerical assistance as needed

• Oversee the general appearance of the lobby

• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail

• Greet guests entering the office and ensures proper escort is done to access the facility

Qualifications

Specific knowledge/qualities required to satisfactorily perform the function of the job includes:

• Ability to conduct business with civility and courtesy

• Effective verbal and listening communication skills

• Time management skills

• Great telephone etiquette

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required

• 1+ years of front desk experience

• Pay Range: $17/hr. - $18/hr., and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
