Bilingual QA Engineer

Position : Bilingual Quality Assurance Engineer Location : Phoenix, AZ Type : Direct Hire; Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM Salary : up to $69,000/year Key Responsibilities : Oversee ISO status reporting and ensure the company remains in compliance with industry standards. Lead quality audits and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement corrective measures. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address quality concerns, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.

Develop and present detailed quality reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Work alongside internal departments and external partners to enhance overall quality assurance processes and foster continuous improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with ISO standards and audits.
