Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Supervising Project Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end production of core and custom print and digital products within the Benchmark portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
Create and manage publishing workflows, schedules, and budgets
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the brief and standards of the project
Partner with Vendors in the creation of quality and timely product deliverables
Solicit, brief, and procure vendor bids for internal projects; create vendor contracts; review and track vendor invoices
Anticipate risks and escalate project blockers to the team
Problem solve by suggesting alternative solutions
Create, manage, and maintain project documentation, including status reports, trackers, and dashboards
Create project budgets; monitor spend; forecast and report variances
Serve as a peer lead by effectively communicating between departments: Editorial, Creative Services, Copyedit, Audio, Photo, Video, Assets, Digital

Ability to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously
Proven leadership skills
Effective relationship building skills to collaborate with cross functional team members
Comfortable making decisions to move project forward
Ability to identify risk and develop mitigation strategies

Experience within Publishing Industry
Proficiency with MS 365 and Content Management Systems
Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge preferred
Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
