Bilingual Production Manager

Our Production Manager is responsible for the daily fabrication and installation metrics of the facility. This position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all job functions, promoting a quality finished product delivered to the customer.

The individual must have proven experience working in a production environment supervising multiple departments. Duties and Responsibilities Owner of plant processes - continuous strive to improve efficiencies and productivity while retaining the highest possible quality of finished product. Achieve fabrication goals - study production schedules and estimate work hour requirements to ensure schedules are met.

Manage the scheduling process to meet the customer’s expectation and demand. Coordinate workload of crews; prioritize job assignments. Maintain compliance of company policies, safety standards, quality specifications, regulatory requirements and sanitation practices.

Manage maintenance of production equipment. Inspect quality of work in progress and finished products. Assist staff in resolving problems/issues.

Participate in the training, development, and evaluation of subordinates. Support and adhere to all company disciplinary action procedures. Occasionally drive company vehicle to job sites and other project areas.

Assist in the counting of physical inventory. May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience combined.

Positions of increased responsibility with proven management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or similar. Strong leadership skills and engagement - brings energy and passion to the workplace to bolster morale and engage with employees to follow your example. You will spend the majority of your time on the production floor.

Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented. Good interpersonal skills. Mathematical skills; ability to understand dimensions such as square footage, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task, handling numerous assignments simultaneously with quick transitions. Bilingual in Spanish required
