Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Job Description Job Description Work FULL TIME Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (at times earlier or later depending on workload). High school diploma, college degree preferred. 1 year(s) experience in personal injury preferred. Needles Neos case management software experience preferred.

Computer literacy IS A MUST. Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Must be organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to multitask to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.

Must have a reliable vehicle to meet new clients as needed. Act as liaison between client and the attorney. REQUIRED: Bilingual (Spanish and English) Please state hourly rate requirements within your resume.
