The Patient Services Representative position is responsible for answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues in order to receive maximum profitability for clients. Incumbent will be required to meet productivity standards as outlined in metrics, identify any issues or trends and bring to attn of management, work on special projects as assigned.
Minimum 1-3 years' work experience
Proficient English/Spanish Bilingual conversational skills
Healthcare and/or insurance billing, processing or customer service preferred
Call Center experience is a plus
Knowledge of the medical A/R Process
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word
Ability to meet position metrics goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
