Immediate opening for Workers Compensation Legal Assistant at growing Atlanta based law firm.

Must be Bilingual English/Spanish speaker, previous experience in a fast-paced and high volume personal injury law office is not required but it is a plus.

Key Job Duties:

Communicate with Clients, Adjusters, and Medical Providers;

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal correspondence;

Maintain case management data in Time Matters.

Education and Experience

0 - 3 years of experience

Requirements

Spanish Speaking a must.

Ability to work independently.

Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Knowledgeable in Time Matters *preferred, not necessary to apply

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
