We have an exceptional career opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service and Monitoring Representative in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming.

A Bilingual Customer Service and Monitoring Representative is responsible for monitoring and dispatching proper authorities for residential and small business alarms as well as contacting appropriate responsible parties. As our customers' first point of contact, you will be the friendly voice of ADT, providing an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting their problems and providing technical support. We will rely on you to listen to our customers and use your deductive reasoning skills, technical expertise, creativity and passion for helping to meet their needs - and remind them that behind our great products is a focus on the customer experience with accountable and collaborative team members ready to help them.

A day in the life of a Bilingual Customer Service and Monitoring Agent can look like:

  • Handling incoming alarm calls and placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the proper authorities, and notifying responsible parties.

  • Paying attention to detail while documenting alarm handling procedures within the alarm screens.

  • Completing alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures.

  • Receiving inbound calls and relaying important information about life-safety systems and services, including updating customer accounts and solving billing questions.

  • Supporting ADT customers by problem solving, de-escalating customer issues and resolving account issues.

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across ADT systems.

  • Helping customers understand the ADT noble purpose and providing customer lifestyle solutions.

  • Coaching, team meetings or 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at ADT.

The individual's primary focus of their clinical assessment will be patients seen in the primary care setting. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) - Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and will consult with primary care providers, mental health providers, nurses, social workers to facilitate care coordination. They will be responsible for: * Collaborates with PACT and Mental Health staff to ensure effective coordination of behavioral and mental health interventions that impact on the overall health of Veterans. * Performs care management of patients receiving mental health treatment, including assistance with measurement-based care and medication management. * Provides psychosocial education for home management and available resources to enhance patient self-determination. * Completes intake assessments to include all clinical reminders related to mental health and primary care performance measures. * Uses Behavioral Health Lab (BHL) software to assist with providing comprehensive assessments for patients potentially in need of MH care; provide ongoing monitoring of patients during the initial phases of depression treatment; to identify comorbidities, such as alcohol misuse, illicit drug use, suicidal ideation, or other symptoms. * Performs triage of needs for patients not currently established in mental health services who report a desire for mental health services during an appointment at any portal of entry or via phone. * Ensures that Veterans identified as high risk for suicide have completed a Safety Plan that is documented in CPRS and a copy provided to the Veteran. Preferred Experience: * BSN * 3 years successful nursing practice * Mental Health experience Grade Determinations: The following criteria must be met in determining the grade assignment of candidates, and if appropriate, the level within a grade: * Nurse I Level I - An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additional nursing practice/experience required. * Nurse I Level II - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 1 year of nursing practice/experience; OR an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a bachelor's degree in a related field with no additional nursing practice/experience; OR a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) with no additional nursing practice/experience. * Nurse I Level III - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 2-3 years of nursing practice/experience; OR an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a BSN with approximately 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or related field with a BSN and no additional nursing practice/experience. * Nurse II - A BSN with approximately 2-3 years of nursing practice/experience; OR ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Master's degree in nursing or related field with a BSN and approximately 1-2 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Doctoral degree in nursing or meets basic requirements for appointment and has doctoral degree in a related field with no additional nursing practice/experience required. * Nurse III - Master's degree in nursing or related field with BSN and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Doctoral degree and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience.
