International Global Bank located Midtown Manhattan is looking for an administrative assistant from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides Administrative support to Department Heads to include phone coverage, calendar management, meetings setup, presentations, expense reimbursements, and other day-to-day activities as needed.
Manages calendars and coordinates scheduling for business meetings, conference calls, events, lunches, and other business related activities for assigned executives Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements: Handle event planning - establishes project plans for events and liaises with participants to ensure that everyone has the information needed in a timely manner, works with business leader who is hosting the event to coordinate location, menu, catering, etc.
Process invoices for payment via internal process including but not limited to sorting, allocating to appropriate cost centers, obtaining appropriate approvals, and filing.
