POSITION SUMMARY:

The Bilingual Lead Qualification Specialist (Lead Qualification Specialist) will contact and qualify leads to determine interest level and sales opportunity for new and existing customers, then interact with channel partners to pass on relevant information for follow-up. The Lead Qualification Specialist will need to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby building a pipeline for the sales organization. The communications will be in English or Spanish, so written and spoken fluency in both languages is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage clients and prospects, via phone and email, to qualify them as opportunities and assign them to the appropriate owner(s)

  • Utilize our internal solution-selling methodology to execute a consultative sales strategy

  • Follow standard work to contact and convert leads to opportunities per sales cadence and criteria

  • Demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and successfully qualify leads

  • Engage, support and collaborate with channel partners and channel partner manager(s) in Latin America.

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly/monthly/annual reports as required

  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com

  • Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement of process

  • Relay pertinent product information from customers so the company can continue to improve its products and services

  • Develop customer quotations

  • Meet and exceed conversion quotas and key performance indicators

  • Develop an understanding of competitive products

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preference in Environmental related field, preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Skilled in application and market-specific questioning techniques that uncover new sales opportunities

  • Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling

  • Ability to answer technical questions relating to the product

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong working knowledge of SalesForce.com

  • Strong phone presence

  • Strong written communication ability
