Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Closer who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the solar industry. As an Inside Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, guiding customers through the solar installation process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective customers in both Spanish and English.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Present and explain the benefits of solar energy and our products to potential customers.

• Provide detailed and accurate information about the solar installation process, financing options, and savings estimates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Use software to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation. Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
