Position Overview:

We are looking for Call Center Customer Service Representative (Inbound) at our 43rd and Sheridan division. They are a driving force of the company to many of our customers and non-customers alike. We view this role as one of the single most important positions. Individuals on this team help customers meet their goals by handling routine task and giving a warm welcome to everyone who calls in for assistance.

Days: Monday- Friday Hours: 11 am- 8 pm

Compensation: $10.50-$11.00 Based on experience

Job Summary:

The main function of this position is to provide exemplary customer service to existing and prospective clients.

Desired Job Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in the Spanish Language

  • Exemplary associate status within the organization who is willing to work as a team member

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent math skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Required to sit for long periods of time.

  • Required to type with both hands for long periods of time.

Required Job Duties:

  • Must have exceptional skills in the Spanish Language

  • Answer incoming calls timely

  • Process Payments via credit/debit card, check, etc...

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Work in a secured environment, maintain client confidentiality and report potential breaches of security immediately

  • All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.
