Job Overview:

Candidates must have strong customer service background with proven experience building customer connection, de-escalating problems, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition to responding to inbound phone calls, build customer connection, rapport and resolve customers' issues by providing an effective solution to the customer situation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take inbound calls to answer product or promotional questions

  • Make decisions to resolve customer service issues, questions, or complaints while building a connection with the customer

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives with the resources available

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Ask probing questions and overcome objections

  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs

  • Go above and beyond when assisting our customers within the guidelines dictated

  • Accurate and efficient data entry and updating of customer accounts

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • 6 months to 1 year relatable customer service experience with High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree is preferred.

  • Strong customer service orientation & aims to exceed customer expectations while remaining within company guidelines

  • Enthusiastic approach to customer service; a love for helping others and exceeding customers' expectations

  • Ability to learn new tasks

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Ability to learn and retain information for multiple brands

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Analytical/problem solving skills

  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills

  • Understand customer service processes and procedures

  • PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 30 wpm)

  • Regular and punctual attendance is a must

The Role Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients based in Fort Worth, TX while working remotely 3 days a week and in the Fort Worth office 2 days a week. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Accountabilities * Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements * Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner * Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies * Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process * Process Management & Sourcing * Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery * Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process * Candidate Relationship Management * Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition Skills & Experience Required Skills: * 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience * 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process * 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews * 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience * 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches * High School Diploma Preferred Skills: * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of full cycle recruitment in the engineering, manufacturing, or finance industry * 2+ years of experience with Lumesse TalentLink Applicant Tracking System Other So why not learn more about everything we have to offer?
