Key Responsibilities

  • Field Diagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve equipment problems on-site, demonstrating strong mechanical abilities.

  • Customer and Dealer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring effective communication and support.

  • Extensive Travel: Travel (minimum of 80%) to domestic and international locations to provide on-site issue resolution.

  • Remote Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

  • Case Management: Accurately enter customer cases into our CRM service software and document the sequence of events for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Industry knowledge or experience is essential. While direct experience in crushing, screening, conveying, and washing is a plus, knowledge in each of these fields is not required.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time) domestically and internationally, requiring a valid passport, driver's license, and access to a vehicle.

  • High school graduate or equivalent; tech/trade school training is preferred.

  • Mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and analytical aptitude; solid background in electronics and computer knowledge.

  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented mentality, and a customer-oriented mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.

  • This position is based in the U.S., and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
