Key Responsibilities
Field Diagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve equipment problems on-site, demonstrating strong mechanical abilities.
Customer and Dealer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring effective communication and support.
Extensive Travel: Travel (minimum of 80%) to domestic and international locations to provide on-site issue resolution.
Remote Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Case Management: Accurately enter customer cases into our CRM service software and document the sequence of events for future reference.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Industry knowledge or experience is essential. While direct experience in crushing, screening, conveying, and washing is a plus, knowledge in each of these fields is not required.
Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time) domestically and internationally, requiring a valid passport, driver's license, and access to a vehicle.
High school graduate or equivalent; tech/trade school training is preferred.
Mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and analytical aptitude; solid background in electronics and computer knowledge.
Strong work ethic, team-oriented mentality, and a customer-oriented mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.
