Overview
Do you have experience raising a child who has received social health services? Join the team and provide coaching to other caregivers receiving services through Seneca's Wraparound program!
As the Bilingual Family Partner you will use your personal experience as a consumer of mental health or social health services to build rapport and trust with caregivers, and advocating for their needs, when necessary. The Bilingual Family Partner is knowledgeable about resources, services, and supports for caregivers as you act as a mediator or facilitator between families and agencies.
ABOUT WRAPAROUND
Seneca's Wraparound programs offer family-centered, individualized, culturally relevant, and strength-based support to families with complex and enduring needs. Wraparound works in close partnership with Department of Family and Children Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes, providing strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon community and family strengths. Services are provided in the community: in families' homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. for youth who are at-risk of being placed in out of home care or are stepping down from a higher level of care.
