The Bi-Lingual Executive Secretary directly supports the Council Members in a manner that assures that the Congregation's Leadership has the effective support to carry out the work of the Congregation.

The Bi-Lingual Executive Secretary must be versed in translation into both English and Spanish languages, they must be able to write English and Spanish proficiently.

This person must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision, this position provides for and supports the smooth operation of the office by anticipating the needs of the Council Members the position supports. The Bi-Lingual Executive Secretary performs diverse executive secretarial and administrative support, including translation of documents, and assists in the administration of day-to-day activities. By nature of the position, the work involves a high degree of professionalism, dealing with internal and external customers and flexibility to respond to the changing priorities of the Congregation. Exposure to sensitive information necessitates the use of creativity, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. The work requires the ability to handle confidential information on a regular basis; the ability to perform a variety of important, frequently urgent, confidential, and complex tasks with constantly changing priorities.


  • College degree and additional experience or education related to the role.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Spanish; must be well versed in translation into both English and Spanish languages.

  • Conceptual and analytical capabilities and a temperament conducive to being part of a results-oriented team.

  • Demonstrates high organization skills, self-starter, capable of multi-tasking, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent writing skills and speaking/presentation ability.

  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time, including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and various graphics programs.

  • Ability to work extended hours on occasion, including some weekends and evenings.

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Ability to work with little supervision, sets priorities, creates schedules and meets deadlines.

  • Requires proficient technical knowledge and skills with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Also good working knowledge of copiers, scanners, and fax machines.


  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative/secretarial experience with executive level leadership teams.

This role will interface with multiple functional groups, product lines and senior management to grow the company's ability to monitor and predict the business. The BI & Analytics-Asset Management is also responsible for the development, implementation, improvement, and execution of the company's data analysis processes, procedures and will play an integral part in the financial success of the company. Essential Duties * Lead the design, development, integration and maintenance of the price book and customer specific catalogs into Oracle EBS and then Oracle Cloud (future state) * Build, maintain and monitor daily operation of the business intelligence environment for the asset management and sales organizations * Support analysts and management on confidential projects such as financial valuations, acquisitions, divestitures, pricing, capital allocation, and forecasts by designing custom data sets and reporting solutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and deploy advanced analytics on the macro and micro economic model of Archrock to support its long-term financial strategy * Collect, structure and analyze data from different data sources and offer possible solutions for the asset management and sales organizations * Support various ad-hoc requests and initiatives from the executive team, board of directors and senior management through providing quantitative data, reports, and models * Work closely with management as the SME during Oracle Cloud migration in regards to price book and Order Management processes * Ensure the quality and consistency of present and future data flows All employees shall be in compliance with the Archrock Health Safety and Environmental Policy and local, statutory and/or regulatory requirements at all times. Skills and Abilities: Ability to: * Extensive SQL/SSIS, data integration/migration/manipulation, and database/data warehouse skills * Ability to gather requirements, design and build custom data solutions for end users using multiple on premise and cloud data sources such as SSIS, Oracle, data dumps, APIs, data warehouses, data marts, excel, Salesforce, etc. * Develop and execute strategic concepts and roadmaps for enterprise analytics solutions ranging from simple views and reports to artificial intelligence and machine learning * Superior analytical, technical and problem-solving skills * Analyze data to assist in development of appropriate assumptions to be used in financial and statistical models * Develop new and modify existing reports/dashboards for economic and/or operational evaluation in excel, VBA, Tableau, or PowerPoint * Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills Knowledge: * Enterprise analytics solutions and business intelligence best practices * Advanced knowledge of SQL developer tools, integration tools, data warehouses, databases and data connections * Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel & VBA (required) * Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud or ERP systems * Strong organizational process, statistical and financial understanding * Exposure to advanced analytics such as AI, machine learning, linear programming, Monte Carlo simulations * Experience with cloud-based platforms and cloud data source management preferred * Competency in data analysis applications built in R, Python, etc. preferred * Tableau developer and server experience preferred Minimum Education and Certification: * Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, CIS, Accounting, Finance, Math, Engineering or other comparable technical degree. Minimum Experience: * A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in related analytics, finance or technology space * A minimum of 2 years of experience building and data loading enterprise information by using multiple data sources such as data warehouses, data marts, excel etc. * A minimum of 2 years of experience architecting decision-support solutions Leadership: * No direct reports, but is expected to serve as a leader to others inside the company for expert opinion and understanding of technical concepts.
